« One For All is a collectively-led sextet based in NYC.  Originally founded at Augie's on Manhattan's Upper West Side (now Smoke Jazz Club) in 1996, the group has since recorded fourteen CD's (Shar p Nine, Criss Cross, Venus Japan) and has appeared at clubs and festival venues around the world.

The band's crisp, powerful sound has become synonamous with firey, hard-swinging modern jazz being played at its finest.  

The members of One For All each have sterling reputations as bandleaders and sidemen, having worked respectively with a long list of jazz icons including... Art Blakey, Cecil Payne, James Moody, Horace Silver, Jackie McLean, Benny Golson, Jimmy Heath, Freddie Hubbard, Curtis Fuller, Cedar Walton, George Coleman, Harold Mabern, Johnny Griffin, Jimmy Cobb, Junior Cook, Pharoah Sanders, Chick Corea, Slide Hampton, Louis Hayes, Charles Earland & Pat Martino.
